My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov

How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority). I know for litigation they are more clearly valued and linked to that type of work, but I have reconsidered my interests and now am thinking of going into corp. I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I make it a rule to look for dribbble/behance for inspo but only sketch when im not looking at things because I don’t want to copy directly.
