Guys, I just got the offer from FedEx ACC Hyderabad. Wanted to know on the BGV process. I'm working currently in an organisation for the past 4 years and all documentation and everything is good. And prior to that, I was working in a startup outside India. I really don't know if the startup exists now either or I don't have any contacts to give as reference. Will they verify the current or the recent organisation only or will they go back in time for verification. Please enlighten me.!!

Not sure if there’s a need for it since it’s not a complicated shoot (single cam, direct shot to talent answering questions) but wanted to get a sense. Client wants a meeting the day before the shoot to talk about the production (which we have done a few times already), so not sure if it makes sense to have a formal PPB for this meeting. Thoughts?
