In every 15 yrs thr is a technological shift and 2025 is that year. We all need to add value to our work . I remember those times 8-9 yrs back when ppl are enjoying on bench in these companies for 8-9 months.Those times are gone now . U need to upgrade and move fast . All junior and freshers who thinks learning html/css is enuff to get hired or a hello world program that will not going to happen .All upper management ppl who thinks they dont need to upgrade to newer things they are in great danger in coming years

This is what greed looks like. And absence of laws for white collared workers and maybe even unions. Blue collared workers in Tata motors and Tata steel make more than TCS engineers. Tatas are good with these folks because the laws are with them, philanthropy is just a joke.

Anyone else the last to be informed about ANYTHING at their site? I am only a second year SPED teacher and my eyes are already wide open to the fact that admin and Gen Ed teachers so often fail to inform me about important things regarding the grade levels I teach and other school events. Then I’m left scrambling to inform my students and parents of essential information, and I’m embarrassed! My aides also look at me like why don’t you know this? Aggravating.
