Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I did this in a startup. For me it was, I joined and the very next month I got pregnant. A lady in my team understood and asked. She told me no worries inform your manager later but she herself gaslighted within few days to my manager. Later my manager and team mates started behaving in ways I couldn’t imagine. They did everything possible to give me stress. Finally in the 5th month I took the call to leave else that level of stress would have impacted the foetus development. After joining you will be on probation so if they want they may not confirm you by then just not to provide the maternity leave. Indian corporates are worst in the world.
