During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.

Is it still happening there? Also, does anyone have a contact for them?

Have a semi unique situation that I’d like some takes on. Have 10+ years of post undergrad work experience… Needed to switch careers so went back to school, and got my MBA and then immediately got a job as a tech consultant - associate level. Now I’m being courted by the Big 4. While I’m only 2yrs into consulting I’m not the average sr consultant because of my years of other work experience and MBA. Around what salary range should I be looking at with this background?

Got a potential offer from a start up, looking for someone to complete to their entire HR department from the scratch. Currently at a stable fortune500 company with a at will role for a project for 12-15 months. Not very happy with the mundane tasks in this role. I’d be leaving 6mo early than previously discussed. Start up role seems super exciting but culture is different and can be tough. Does anyone have any thoughts? Is it bad to leave?

There’s a corporate partner that was a big-time lateral hire. He is always out of the loop on the deals and hands off on everything BUT any time there is a client call, he tries to provide input that is very off base (i.e., stating incorrect facts, creating inapplicable hypotheticals, or being an alarmist on items were previous addressed). It makes me cringe every time because the partner from a different corporate group has to cover his gaffes on the call. Has anyone run into this situation?

PwC Fish - I’m considering where to have a baby, either the US or Austria (I currently live in Vienna, but thinking to move home to the US). What’s maternity leave in the US? How much does it actually cost to have a baby with our insurance? In Austria, I can take up to a year off, but only receive €2,000 a month from the government 😳… I don’t think there is any paid leave through the firm. Pregnancy through birth costs are pretty covered by insurance though. Would love your thoughts!

Gross+Variable: 16
ELRP: 9L
I have Total YOE 5+
Current CTC is 8 ( I was underpaid in prev. companies 😢)

Do you think if I can ask for more? I still have 2 months for joining.

Also, One of my friend recommends to join ZS, could you please tell how is the WLB of a developer at ZS?

Yoe: 5 years ( Have good hands-on in spring, Java)

In Zs Space under tasks in my profile base salary is showing as 21 but in offer it's 19

Any leads for a room/1 RK near ZS gurgaon office, have my joining from 5th so need to shift ASAP.
