Has anyone resigned from TCS and joining Infosys? How are you guys submitting Resignation acceptance document in launchpad? I resigned last week and for now I only have resignation initiated email from my manager. I uploaded the same but got document rejected email. They are asking acceptance doc to have Company name,DOJ and DOL. Does TCS share anything in that format? TCS HR says I will receive system generated email aftr 30 days of resignation. Will that email be in the mentioned format?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. I feel like I should be compensated better but the company says that’s what they think I’m worth. Any help or insights would be great!
