Hi All, I have an offer from PWC AC Bangalore for Senior Associate - Advisory. Can you please let me know if the WFH will continue for sometime like 1-2 years or will it end before that? What about the WLB as I have heard that one has to put 12-14 hours frequently. As hr told me that shift will be from 9 to 6 with occasional late night calls..so is it only occasional?..I was interviewed for AWS data engineer position...so projects are there for it or people are on bench..kindly share any info.

Latam corporate associate here. Fully fluent in Spanish, with most work, negotiations, calls and correspondence being in Spanish. Pro tip - unless you can negotiate an agreement in another language, please don’t put it on your LinkedIn/firm profile. Hello all. I have a total YoE of 3.5 years. I am currently working in Performance improvement vertical. I want to exit the big 4 and enter industry. Any suggestions on exit opportunities would be highly appreciated.

I’ve been working for big 4 firm for 3yrs now w barely any raise in sight. My performance increased tremendously but for whatever reason I got the same increase this yr as my first yr w the firm (and my increase was only cost of living abt 3%) Looking elsewhere but I feel undervalued already and have an overall dismal view of everything. How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.

Last week I got offer from Infosys for the below skills and experience,

Skill - SAP BASIS Administrator
YOE - 5 years
Offered Package - 11.6 LPA and 1L joining bonus
Current CTC - 9.6 LPA

I feel like the offered package is too low. When the mentioned the same to the HR, he said this the maximum they can offer for the role.

Kindly suggest how much I can ask to the HR for the mentioned skills and experience.
