I’m a SPED teacher, & my principals ALWAYS seem to visit my room as soon as I give my student(s) a break from their work or when they’ve finished early everything I had planned. How does one communicate needing a mental break (like an f-off to everyone day or 2) and not another ruined weekend when work has been super busy and life has been blowing up at the same time? My attention to, and quality of, work has decreased because of it. Frustration, exhaustion & sensitivity at all time high.

In my previous job , I had too much workload. I switched job recently, now I get twice the salary and less than half the workload. While you might think I am boasting, I am not.. rather I am deeply infuriated by sitting idle ..
