Have a LMM VP role super day coming up in the next few weeks for a Value Creation/OPS role. Set to meet with 6-7 team members in person. Recent puppy owner of about a month. Seems i’m mentally scarred from her crying at night, so much so that my mind makes up sounds of her crying, which causes my sleep to be interrupted.

Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. Also, survey response rate tends to be low for these guys. Any ideas???

Anyone have a tax accountant / CPA here in Atlanta they like?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?
