Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC

Depends -- what will you be wearing with it? Suits? In what color?
For soles -- I am partial to leather soles, but if you live or travel to a city that snows a lot and salts the sidewalks, I would go for rubber.
For the shoe -- Park Ave. Not a fan of brogues on the Fifth Ave, and I think in your uses you want to keep the outfit formal and matching with your suits
For color -- I would say dark brown (I think AE markets theirs as mahogany) would work best with blues and greys. Black would also work, with the added bonus of being able to wear them for black tie events (with wax polish) and funerals. The other colors AE offers are a bit distracting imo. Remember that for mens outfit the clothes and shoes are meant to be harmonious and direct attention to your face, and bright / contrasting shoes do the opposite of that.
Dark brown or burgundy are versatile. I think the 5th ave has some brogueing so it’s less formal. I love leather sole, dainite is a little bulkier
Park leather sole
Pro
When are you going to wear them what occasion?
I’ve had park aves for like 15 years and worn them a handful of times.
For trips to client office.
I have the fifth avenues in oxblood and love them. Always get compliments on them.
I have a pair of black park Ave and dark chili fifth Ave that I wear into office regularly, both are great. Went with dainite because weather here sucks
Go to the store and see which last fits you best. The super popular last the Park Ave and Fifth Ave are on does not fit me well at all. I almost never wear my Strands as a result.
The Liverpool and Yorktown last on the other hand fits me great, crazy comfortable shoes.
AEs chili is a pretty versatile color, as I dark brown and black.
I have leather soles with Topys applied (rubber skin a cobbler can add for like $40) and the V-treads ole (which I love).
Park ave, oxblood, leather soles.
Park ave, black, v tread soles. They have a thin profile so aren’t as clunky as a full rubber sole but offer some protection
Get leather, enjoy that for a bit and then resole with daintie sole after that wears out in like a year or two
