Looking for feedback on two opportunities and which opportunity would be better for my application for a M7 school in 2 years. 1) Stay at T2 consulting firm (already 2 YOE) and continue towards firm sponsorship 2) Take a substantial pay increase, go to a family office, and own more E2E work with direct contact with family (w/ no MBA sponsorship). I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.

My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow?
