Hello Colleagues - Recently joined Barclays as BA4 have 13 years of experience. Package 22L PA. But after joining i came to know that pay and grade should be different. But LM is nice person and very supportive. so asked for any help, he told for AVP it is hard as other BA4s are already in queue. I completely agree this even though they are less experience than me their stay is long. So i decided for IJP is that the only other option asking this as team is good.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢
