About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off. Ryan had his partner call last week. If things don't change in six months, layoffs will begin. It would be much better to ask people to take a pay cut, or a few weeks off without pay. Some people may be willing to take a package as well. Don't expect it will be the sweet package you are offering to partners to retire early.
