I am a CA article assistant at one of the Big 4 firms under the New Scheme of ICAI, currently seeking CA Industrial Training. I'm on a 3-month notice period effective from 12th May 2025 and can join from 13th August 2025. I’ve applied to top companies but haven’t heard back despite submitting a well-drafted resume.

Could the lack of response be because I’m not an immediate joiner? I’d appreciate your guidance on where I might be lacking and how I can improve my chances.
