Had an hm call about 2 weeks ago for a non tech role. Felt like the convo went well and was told I’d be progressing to on site stage. Radio silence from recruiter since then. Is this normal or can I assume the role has been filled?

Quality engineering VS software engineering. I am currently a quality engineer in medical device. I have 4.5 years of experience. I’m stuck between getting a degree and continuing in quality / manufacturing or switching to software where I know money is great. Thoughts?

If I accept the promotion to Partner/Principal what's the least number of years I could work without it being a financial mistake. I have an opportunity to do something completely unrelated that's my passion, but I feel like that's the wrong decision when I'm this close.

What do you think is a record time for a beginner to sell their first home? I just started in the company and I was lucky that the people I took as my first clients were the people I worked for as a nanny for their children. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process.
