i am masters of pharmacology student at DIPSAR. i am looking for the job opportunity in HEOR domain but as a fresher it is way more difficult to get in the company. i tried applying in many companies but they don't reply to the mail and most of the company take fresher from college placement i don't know how to enter in this domain. please guide me how to reach out with the companies HR, or i should choose different field i am very confused.

Is it more worth it to go into FDD at a regional firm now, or hope that my current big 4 will transfer me come spring 2021?

I'm kind of in the mindset of only doing FDD at big 4, otherwise I'll go straight to industry. Am I being too down on mid-market FDD experience and the related exit ops?

Also, I can't go the route of doing FDD at a different big 4. Already got rejected by all of them cause I'm not in audit (but have CPA).

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

I work for an ins. Company for 3 years as a case manager. I started at 70k, and have met goals and performed well, meeting all expectations required. I now only make around 75k. Recently another teammate, who has only been here for 3 months was offered between 80-85k to retain her, but she declined to make 6 figures as a COO. I, in-turn, am asking for an increase in salary. We just started a specialty program where I am doing 2-3 times the expected amount of work and now EXCEEDING

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?
