I have 3.5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Active Directory. Despite applying to multiple job boards, I am not receiving sufficient interview calls. I have also indicated a notice period of 30 days.

Any suggestions from your side would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, do you think switching to IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt) would be beneficial? Are these tools more in demand in today's market?

What industry companies ( health plan or providers) pay well and has a good wlb?

I want to get to know the local private companies. I worked at a private company with 2-3k employees before my MBA. They had an amazing culture, but limited progression opportunities. I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.

I have heard of some individuals with remote positions making >K100 with little to no experience in tech or consulting after doing a boot camp or cert?
