Looking to get some insights in PwC's bonus policies. I have an offer from PwC in their Salesforce practice and the bonus offered is a range of 27% to 35%. But they have not included that bonus % in the offer letter. For those who have worked at PwC, is this a norm? Have you seen them follow through the Bonus payout? Does the bonus % change significantly from YOY? What are the individual objectives/targets that need to be met at the Sr Manager level to earn the bonus?

1. How long does this process usually take once the recruiter sends your info out to teams? Do teams usually respond quickly?
2. What happens if you’re not really interested in a team but they want to bring you on? Better to wait for another team or just take it to get in?
