Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. I got below offers from Herjavec group & Optum

Herjavec group- 11 lpa fixed + 1 l VP - IAM role with sailpoint exposure.

Optum - 11.7 fixed + 1.75 VP + 50K JB but the work is simple User access management with no exposure to IAM tool.

Which one should i choose ? Please help
