What office chair you bought for WFH? Brand, model, price? Pros and Cons after using?

I’m considering switching practice areas and am interested in what practice areas have the best work life balance? My sense is an area like trusts and estates doesn’t require as many long nights and weekends as other practices but am interested in others’ experiences. Thanks in advance!

💥Relocated to NYC and my real estate broker has said it’s been hard to book any showings. I’ve heard in this market, having a broker can hurt you because property owners prefer to not split the brokerage fee & go straight through tenants. Is there truth to this?😫

Do any litigation associates have any experience working for a firm that pays based on how much you bill & your billable rate as opposed to flat salary + bonus? At first blush it sounds okay but as a litigator I know there are slow periods and I’d hate to have the constant pressure of working as much as possible to not make less money during that time. Hi! Anybody knows of federal agencies hiring that are offering fulltime telework/remote?
I currently work for an agency based in DC and my boss is forcing us to come back into the office fulltime after we’ve been remote for nearly two years. Majority of my coworkers have already left for the private sector but I’d like to remain in the public.

Anyone have a suggestion for a meeting poll API service? Calendly has meeting polls, but their API is garbage. Need a poll to facilitate a multiparty meeting where we assume none of them have a Calendly account. Also, have you integrated it into any chat tools like rocket chat or other open source chat tools?
