Any advice on where to go after PR (financial & healthcare)? I have one year of experience and have been pretty disappointed with my current agency. I have a been actively interviewing & was thinking to go into the sales route. I graduated in 2021 and really have no idea where I want to end up. I’ve been talking to people & networking trying to figure out next steps— could use some insight. The culture at my current agency isn’t the best & the pay is basically unlivable for NYC. Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

Wipro (Apple project) : 25LPA
Verizon : 26 LPA
I have got my retention proposal for 23.5 LPA at my current company.
