@Accenture amazon is known for terrible terrible wlb and culture+ their mandatory URA and PIP quota.
Everyone has a threshold for breaking on WLB. Some breakdown in 2 hr of working and few not even in 12 hrs. Find your breaking point, identify which causing them, eliminate unnecessary items ( like extra work done for appraisal greed).
