When can I expect the Virtual Joining link email if my Joining is Tomorrow in Capgemini ?

I have offer from KPMG for 14 LPA and Wipro for 18 LPA for 5yoe EtL developer. Lwd is 29th July. Should I wait for a week to get more offers and ask the HR on 15th July to match it or should I immediately ask KPMG Hr if they can match the 18 LPA? Please suggest

TCS and Cognizant are offering 21.
I demanded 28 from fidelity with at least 25 as fixed, but they are saying that it's too much.
