I have cleared the first round of interview with Tata Communications and have received an invite mail from
HR to apply for the position post my first round. This was on 17th April. Post that HR is giving a same update of application is on standby. Any idea what could this be, as on portal the application says it's in progress.

Any suggestions/experiences would be helpful.

I generally have a few lessons in which I can use Pixar shorts to teach students how to identify and discuss literary signposts, how to identify and explain the development of theme, character traits, and other narrative elements. What are some of your favorite shorts? Have you had to change your start date after accepting an offer and how did it go? I told them I need to give 30 day notice and so I set my start date (incorrectly) assuming the background check and drug screen would take a few days to clear. However, the drug screen is now taking over a week and a half (still not finished, maybe tomorrow). Apparently things are much slower due to staffing issues and labs are backed up. It’s cutting into my 30 day notice significantly. Thoughts?

I’m starting the IVF process and planning to do my first egg retrieval in early June. I’m hoping to do back-to-back retrievals due to my age and hoping to have at least a few healthy embryos before we try our first transfer. I have Anthem BCBS has anyone done this and has insurance/fertility benefits covered it? Thanks!
