I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Not ready to formally go back to the gym or do fitness group classes inside (both from a covid mentality and feeling uncomfortable due to size). Trying to have faith but my recent cycle netted 16 eggs, 8 fertilized and only 2 made it to day 5 for testing. There were 3 others that just didn’t mature. This is my third cycle and I’ve been pretty positive up until today. It’s especially hard to get this news in the middle of a work day. How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. But my stomach is still so pooched out and looks pregnant that it makes me cry knowing that’s not the case. Trying to eat clean, tons of long walks, but still feel really bloated and gross.
