Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. Tech stack: Angular 2+, AngularJS, jQuery, Node.JS(ExpressJS), MongoDB. Hands on experience with AWS and Docker (no certifications).

Do AA 500 mile upgrade awards expire? I have used a decent amount of upgrades, but I still have 14 that I have been sitting for a about maybe 6-7 months. I do not see anything about them expiring, but I would not be surprised if they do.
