Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.

I have some data extracted from SAP and though the size is not relatively high lets say about 45000 line items. My excel keeps crashing anything i do with it 🙄! Any clue why it is happening ?
