I am having HR discussion for the BMW Techworks.
Profile : Front end developer
Techstack : HTML, CSS, reactJs, Javascript, SQL etc.
Total exp : 3 yr 8 months.
Curr CTC : 11 LPA

How much CTC shall i expect from BMW techworks?
Please be honest as I dont want to lose this offer.
I do have other offer from startup offering 15 LPA, but i am more inclined to BMW considering job security.
