Hello people, I received an offer from THG Ingenuity in Pune. The offer is good enough as per my expectations, but the offer letter just mentions CTC, and nothing about health insurance coverage and other benefits. Usually any offer letter contains this information but this one doesn't. I'm just reviewing the offer, will confirm with recruiter tomorrow.
Any idea why they won't mention health insurance information in the letter? Did they miss it or they don't have a health insurance at all?

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp.
