How strict are listed experience requirements for in-house council jobs? I’ve got 4.5 years of BL employment experience with a lot of autonomy in my cases that I can demonstrate in an interview. Should I apply for in-house employment jobs seeking 6-8 years of experience?

I’m trying to buy my first house and my wife and I have a few IRAs from previous employers (Roth and non Roth). I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
