IBM - 15.5 LPA
CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

I make $101K base salary as a Consultant/Specialist at Accenture Federal in Washington, DC. My husband is a teacher making $55K. Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. I feel I am really underpaid and EY is not valuing me as an employee. Based on ur experience can you let me know the actual market rate for my profile?

I got selected in LTI, the offered CTC is less than my current CTC, HR says they have budget constraints.

They were aware about my current CTC right from the first call.

I also shared the counter offer that I'm holding. (Offered CTC > Current CTC)
Switch won't make sense if I don't get the basic hike.
