Here is my scenario:
- LTC HR released the offer by mandatory joining date before the end of December
- I have 18 earned leaves in my current org
- current org manager told that they are checking with client manager if the early release is possible or not!!!
Nothing to worry about — LTC HR generally understands these situations. They’ve revised joining dates for a couple of my friends recently, even extending it by a full month. Just make sure you’re honest and transparent about your reason for needing the extension; don’t give the impression that you’re waiting for another offer and using this as a backup because it will impact them.
Oh sure, will update
Speak with LTC HR. I think they badly need resources who are willing to join. Mostly they would agree to revise your joining date. Just assure them that approvals are pending and you would join early if possible.
Yeah that's one thing I can do but the thing is the HR initially told that thy must close this position by this year only, so she said that you should join by end of Dec not even jan 1st is acceptable
Did u receive Anu update
un conditional offer you receieved is for which joining date
Update: today I've informed that client is not approving my early release and I have to serve the complete notice period, then she asked me to check again and try for buyout and I told her that it is not possible, after some blah blah conversation she said okay I'll take care of it and move the joining date after my last date.
