Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I’d be careful. As MBB also does a lot of back office cost optimization strategy.

I would say:
1) exposure to broader type of client challenges
2) opportunity to work with and learn from top talent
3) overall culture sounds like a great fit
The latter reason is pretty solid. Tailor it a bit with better wording and you’re good.
It seems like a valid reason for you, but is it for them 😂😂😂
Why can’t you just say reputation and client attractiveness?
My personal reasons for joining was to be hero under by higher caliber talent that push me to grow, and to be in a better learning environment. I think if you dig a little deeper you’ll find why you yourself want to join. There are so many things the company can offer that if you are just focusing on brand and clients you may not truly understand what you could be getting out of the opportunity. Also think for yourself, if that’s all you’re after it might be a hard slog
You might get laughed at if you try to give the latter reason. MBB firms have been doing more and more cost optimization work in recent years, especially in this economy.
