Hello, what would be the core certification to get to become an AWS Assurance Consultant. For the list I've compiled, I'm unsure of their hierarchy.

Here's the list, in no particular order:

1. AWS Certified Security – Specialty

2. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

3. PCI Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA) or HITRUST External Assessor

4. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

5. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Whats the appraisal cycle period at lti and is there any mid year hike happening in 2022.

Also when do we get the bonus amount? And is it in whole or bifurcation happens ?
