Just got my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and working on getting the AWS Solutions Architect Associate. how will I be able to get experience in working in the cloud and be able to be referred to any jobs that help me gain experience? I know AWS has entry-level positions for Solutions Architects. Wanted to see if I can be referred before applying. if anyone has some tips for me it would be greatly appreciated. I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?
