How easy is it to move from an investment bank firm to a tech company?

Good evening Everyone, I have been a PSR for 10 years with the same company, but worked for 5 different practices. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Can anyone do the tax deductions for me. I saw my offer and after pf deduction both for mine and employer and personal tax which is 200 only. Net in hand (before tax) is 104000. What can I expect after tax.

I am going through a background verification with HireRight for Microsoft. I put as job titles the ones I also put on my resume, which are matching my real duties and activities. However, apart from my last employer, my past internal employers have really weird internal titles that say nothing about my qualifications and skills. Will this cause any issue and push Microsoft to rescind my offer?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Need some benchmarks: What would average/good survey results be for a leadership skills class (instructor-led)? We ask for the participant’s experience (did you like it, would you recommend, etc.), and also send an impact survey out 2 months later to their manager (have you seen positive behavior changes since training). Our experience survey is at 92% positive and impact to behaviors is at 83% positive. Anything I can compare to in order to share the story with leadership?
