What's the point of this being anonymous if none of us are using real names when we trash people? Or is that what Agency Spy comments are for?

Current at 110K TC in NYC, considering the cost of living increase for a 140k TC offer in Palo Alto, is this still a decent bump? Never lived there before, thanks!
Any creative/innovative ways to get employees to consistently fill out their timesheets? Been through most all of the carrot and stick options (explaining/withholding/eye gouging) ...

Has anyone had jaw surgery for medical reasons (TMJ, sleep apnea)? Wondering if you could share the experience and what you had to do to get insurance to cover it. Thanks!
I’ve been seeing some project management roles in industry that I’d like to apply for, but most of my current projects have been risk and controls based. Would it be a stretch/dishonest to tailor my resume to fit those roles? I think I’d be a good fit and have the core skills for the work. I’d like to become a technical project manager eventually.
I'm entering a position at a VC firm where part of the job involves sourcing deals. This will be my first time in a role like this. Any tips?
Hi! I’m looking for recommendations on a good term life insurance policy provider (e.g. MetLife). I recently had my first kid, got a mortgage and hence looking at this more seriously. Can someone pls recommend a good provider? My top criteria are:
1. Reputable company (doesn’t have a history of fighting life insurance claims)
2. Wide variety of policy options to choose from/customize
3. Good customer service
This is my 1st insurance purchase ever so greatly appreciate any recommendations Thnx!

I am a junior associate and I find that I’m very anxious at work about everything including the small stuff like making a call or sending an email. I sometimes put it off as long as I can. I think this is because I’m only about 1.5 years into practice and everything is still kind of new. Does this get better? Does the generalized anxiety die down after a while?
I’m seeing a man who treats me great, makes me feel safe/cared for. He is consistent with making plans with me/texting and has introduced me to his friends & family (via phone). But he has said that he plans to move cities sometime next year and just wants to spend as much time w/ me as possible. Do I give it a shot and see if he wants a relationship too or set a time limit on deciding? I just don’t want to get attached and him leave or get stuck in a situationship knowing I want a relationship.
I keep seeing those LinkedIn polls about how many people want to work from home permanently, and it makes me kinda sad.
I know a lot of people really prefer working from home, but as a junior who only started working after the pandemic began, it feels so strange to not have an agency to go to. I know all my coworkers faces only from seeing them on Zoom, and only in the context of work-related conversations. I hope I’ll actually get the chance to experience normal agency culture.
