Has anyone made a switch from Oracle HCM to workday at a senior level? Looking to move to industry at senior Director level (20+ years of experience in HR Tech/Oracle HCM/EBS) but majority jobs are in Workday and require workday experience even at very senior levels.

I slept with a guy this weekend and went home without saying goodbye (aka waking him up to say goodbye). When I got a taxi, I sent him a text saying I was leaving because I was late for work (which was true). I didnt want to wake him up, but he considered this rude and unpolite from me. For me rudness was if I woke him up just to say goodbye 🤷🏻‍♂️

Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. Not only is it harder getting to know your team, but there haven’t been much guidance from my manager and the lingo takes some time to get use to.
