How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

I have an offer from Deutsche Bank, KPMG & Deloitte.
Keeping the package aside, which company is better in terms of growth, hikes, work-life balance?
Please share your inputs, its my first switch so I'm anxious about making the right choice. 😅

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Other than first year salaries in major markets, Squire is well below market for base salaries. The bonus structure described above only kicks in at 105%. The “special bonus” was one week’s pay (based on well below market salaries).
No it’s true everywhere
Hi! SPB pays at market rate for base salaries. However, the bonus structure is different than other firms in that it is based on the percentage of hours an associate bills over the minimum hours required. So every one percent over the minimum hours requirement equates to one percent of the base salary being used as the bonus.
This isn’t totally accurate. Base comp is not market after first year, and that bonus structure only kicks in after 105%.
