I’ve always used 6 week rule of thumb.
2-3 weeks unless you’re a total amateur
That’s impeccable if that’s your average. Sourcing, 3-5 rounds of interviews, offer negotiation, their two week notice and getting them in the door all in two weeks!? Kudos.
Great questions! It typically seen 4-6 weeks. Of course it all depends on the role, hiring manager(s) responsiveness.
If it’s a new role i would post immediately. If it’s an existing role - 1 week. I say one week so you can give the person that is being replaced time to inform other folks on their team and start transitioning tasks.
4-6 weeks is also our aim, but depending on the scarcity it might go over 8 weeks
6 weeks!
6 weeks if it all goes smoothly the first time around.
