Hey can anyone help me that if I am under first PIP and thats because of billable utilization…mine is 27% and i need to reach 50% and we dont have any access to any projects to get on to until manager provides us one , right now manager is telling he will guide me but…how dangerous is this and what else I should do …already i am looking outside this organization

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?
