I have 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with .NET/C#. Soon, I’ll be working on Java, so I want to prepare properly. Since both are similar OOP-based languages, I already understand backend development concepts and workflows.

Can anyone suggest the best way to learn Java for real-world development? Also, any good courses for Spring Boot and industry-level Java development would really help.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ? I have an offer from a start-up which I will be joining next week. Even though I got a hike more than 100% ( current tc: 6lpa, new tc:14lpa) and changed to sde role I am still not satisfied.
