My Profile:

Experience: 3.10 Years (Software Engineer)

Current Role: SDE2 at Kotak Bank

Current Comp: ₹38L Base + Bonus (Total ~₹40L)

Google Offer (Initial Discussion):

Level: L3 (Recruiter refused L4 evaluation based as i have given interview when i had <3yr of exp)

Base: ₹25L (Massive drop from my current ₹38L)

Total CTC: They are quoting ₹40L (including GSUs and Bonus)
What is CTC breakdown should i negotiate?
