Staffing reductions are inevitable. That’s the main goal of a COE approach.

Yeahhhh. That’s proving to be more and more difficult. They can try and USI wash their workforce as much as they want it’s going to have diminishing returns as there’s nobody there to Q/C the work which I’m not saying is always horrid in comparison but the coordination and project management work we do plus all the data management wouldn’t fit a USI based professional’s role as well as someone here. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who could match the schedule of the clients we support.
I’m curious if EOX will be labeled as “center” talent model later this week, meaning everyone who was moved over gets reduced Plan C benefits.

I don’t think that is in the interest of company’s vision for equity. I think the firm is better off allowing everyone to have access to the same benefits. Besides, the more people who elect the premium plans, the higher the likelihood that premiums won’t increase further for insurance. I think the purpose of EOX was to spotlight groups who weren’t given as much visibility in the past, and thus now will have tbe opportunity to have more of it. I think reducing our benefits is a vain effort considering the fact that they spent years attempting to match us with our now “People” counterparts and make our salaries commensurate to the work we do with them.
