I’m trying to decide between two offers — Cognizant (CTS) and LTIMindtree (BLUEVERSE)—for a Data Scientist / GenAI Developer profile, and would really appreciate some honest opinions from people working in either company.

Both are same in terms of bench policy . Immidiate layoff .
Cognizant had much better leave policy than ltimindtree which has absolutely lala leave system.
Cognizant has more projects . Projects are scarce in ltimindtree so you have to live with layoff threat everyday.
Bench policy in ltimindtree is absolutely horrendous compared to cognizant
No hikes and learning in ltimindtree compared to cognizant .

I would say go cognizant or decide based on pay and this .

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Recently received an offer from Ogletree to do only class action work. It'll be a big change for me, I'll be starting as a fourth year. Double my current salary, etc.

What will this be like? It's more of a niche, but lucrative, part of their practice, right? Will I really get good WLB like they claim? I have a nice 40 hour a week job right now, no billables.
