140K including OTE in mid market sales.
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I can't speak to them as a firm, but about 80% of my practice is wage and hour class litigation and it's been a great fit for me. Happy to chat if you'd like to DM. It does have the usual trappings of litigation - unpredictable schedule, plaintiff's lawyers hell bent on ruining your weekend, and some insured work dragging your rates (at least at my firm). Great opportunities to cross sell counseling work though.
I agree with the salary increase. But I think the WLB will not be that great. Still depends on your department though.
