Hey everyone,
I’ve received an offer from Genpact for a Process Associate role in Wealth Management (Gurugram). My background isn’t in wealth management specifically, but I have 2 years of experience in insurance/underwriting.

The offer is ₹4.8 LPA (fixed). Just wanted to know from others in the industry —
Is this a fair offer for someone with my background, or should I try negotiating?

Appreciate any inputs!

Does anyone know if Infosys Consulting typically has a remote structure? I have a higher base offer from another consulting company that I prefer, but they have a travel requirement of potentially up to 50%, whereas Infosys claims to be flexible on allowing consultants to be fully remote in the future hybrid environment. I'm Boston based, in financial services, so it is hard not to imagine trips to NYC being required. With family commitments,I am not sure that I can sign on for any travel. TIA!

So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. I’m also at risk to develop complications. Not sure if I should talk to HR. Not even sure if I should ask for accommodations to continue being able to wfh at least most days of the week to reduce risk. Idkkkk 😩This is so unprecedented. I always wear my mask at work. I’m getting pressured to attend firm events as well

PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!
