Hey everyone, new here and honestly, new to the idea that I’m a content creator. I make videos for work and publish white papers to drive attention to the website and linked in page. Not monetizing or hitting huge follower counts so I have a bit of imposter syndrome being here.

How long did it take you to accept/believe that you’re a content creator? What milestone(s) did you focus on?

Is there any website to get a template for decent/basic contracts (i.e. leases, purchase agreements, partnership agreements)? I want a base to start, without having to sign up for a free trial and then get hit with a bill when I forget to cancel...

What’s up with people talking about withdrawing from retirement due to CARES Act and investing elsewhere?

Can someone explain the benefit of whole life or similar products? I understand that they are bad for 99.9% of people. How does the 0.1% benefit? Taxes? Asset protection?

I'm struggling to understand why anyone would use these at all. Significantly caps your upside. If you are uber wealthy, why wouldn't you continue investing in the market? Why pay the crazy fees for these products that are essentially just 90% treasury bonds and 10% levered ETFs and covered calls?

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
