I heard something about genpact only hiring boomerang employees on previous pay instead of what the employee's current salary ?

What are the criterias for this ? are there any exceptions? what is the best that can be done?

I left genpact about a year back (4D) at 18 Fixed, currently at 28LPA in accenture

But am thinking about joining back Genpact

Just had an interview with Netflix and at some point I mentioned “GAFA” (even joking that it’s probably GAMA now) and completely forgot they’re in FAANG 😬
