I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.

Hi all, European living in the Netherlands here. I’ve been doubting whether an MBA would be of any benefit for me, hopefully you could help me in this respect. Below my situation:

LLM (JD) in Tax Law / 8+YoE @ Deloitte / Currently working at a mega US Multinational/ Want to climb to upper management level (two/three levels below C-suite) in the coming 5 years.

MBA would perhaps be good for my personal experience but worry that i could spend my time better at performing at my job.

I am a senior at EY and work for assurance. My profile was recently submitted for Pwc deals and advisory group. My first question is how many hours do you work in FDD? Do you need a CPA to be promoted to manager? I have passed one and working towards other. I do have MBA though.

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. As a manager of a restaurant, how is it best to address parents with screaming babies/children given that it is not a kid-encouraged establishment? The parents were oblivious to proper etiquette and other guests complained making the parents of the screaming baby wildly offended. How does management appease all parties? Or is it best to protect the masses?

I gave my 2 week notice last week since I accepted a new job, and boss told me to delay telling anyone until he could announce it with a plan for my replacement, since I am the only one left on my team.
